Please read the following information carefully:
When submitting a public information request to the National Forestry Agency all required fields (name, surname, etc.) should be filled. If your application is signed and responds requirements of the Article 78 of the General Administrative Code of Georgia, upload it in the field “choose file”. You can use a following sample application form as a guide when applying. Download application form.
Electronic request for information is also possible through citizen’s web portal www.mygov.ge In this case you have to use attached by special reader to your computer a new ID card, or you can visit the House of Justice of Georgia to get a user name and password for registration.
