Construction of the new office of Forestry Service in Racha
Yuri Nozadze, the Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture got acquainted with the construction of a new office of the Forestry Service in Ambrolauri. The construction of the office will be completed by the end of this year.
Citizens will be able to use all the services of the National Forestry Agency in the renovated space. The building will be equipped with the necessary and high standard equipment. Archil Japaridze, State Representative in Racha-Lechkhumi, Kvemo Svaneti, and representatives of local self-government attended the event.
🗣 “It will be much easier for the population to use the services of the Forestry Service, as a new office is being built near the district center. I would also like to note that the recent legislative changes have significantly improved the social guarantees and working conditions of the Agency's staff. The Forest Agency will ensure the life and health insurance of foresters, in good faith, as well as the use of incentives for special tasks, which will significantly increase the motivation of employees, "- said Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture Yuri Nozadze.
The rehabilitation of regional forestry offices across the country began in 2019, the auto park and equipment were upgraded.
