Meeting with representatives of the Swedish forestry Trade Union
With the purpose of acquaintance with the forest sector in Georgia, the Political Adviser to the Chairman of the Trade Unions of the Swedish forestry sector Jung Daoson, the Head of the Trade Union Negotiations Department Magnus Lindbergh and the Coordinator of the global Trade Unions projects BWI Mikhail Kortashov arrived in Georgia. Representatives of Trade Unions met with the management of the National Forestry Agency. The parties discussed the current processes in the sector and the planned activities.
Today the guests from Sweden visited the office of the forest service of Shida Kartli and got acquainted with the specifics of the foresters' work.
