In Daba Surami reforestation project has begun
The Minister of Environment Protection and Agriculture, Levan Davitashvili and the Governor of Shida Kartli, Georgi Khodzhevanishvili, planted oak and ash plants in the vicinity of the so-called "Bayanhevi" in Suarmi.
► In order to improve the sanitary condition, within the framework of the forest restoration project, 90 dried oaks were cut in this area. However, with the onset of the season, reforestation activities began. By the end of April, 6,000 seedlings will be planted in this area, including 4,800 oak trees and 1,200 ash trees.
