Presentation of the research results of 2017
In the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture the presentation of the results of a survey conducted by the World Bank in 2017 was held. The study reflects the dependence of the population on the forest and the connection with natural disasters. It was held last year at the request of the Ministry and with the support of the World Bank in the whole country, in 100 villages, up to 3,000 beneficiaries were interviewed. The results of the research will help the forest management bodies in effective planning of the development of the sector and activities that strengthen the capabilities of the local population.
