Winners of the Scientific Conference
"Forests, Biodiversity and Research Methods of Kakheti Region" within the framework of "Science and Innovation Festival 2018" - Scientific Conference was held at Iakob Gogebashvili State University.
Students of the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences and the pupils of the Kakheti region public schools have made presentations on - sustainable development of forests, prospects for tourism development in the forests of Georgia in the context of sustainable management of forests, wild forests, touristic potential of forest tours nearby Akhalsopeli village.
The winner of the competition was revealed by a special jury. Natia Iordanishvili, the Deputy Head of LEPL National Forestry Agency gave symbolic gifts to Maradi Firtskhelauri the magistrant of the university and Tatia Svimonishvili, pupil of Akhaltsophil II public school, one winner from 6 contestants. All participants of the competition received certificates from the organizers of the conference.
