Meeting with the delegation of the Environment Committee of the Chamber of Representatives of the Czech Republic
The Delegation of the Environment Committee of the Czech Republic Chamber of Representatives is paying a working visit to Georgia. Tornike Gvazava, Chairman of the LEPL National Forestry Agency met with the Chairman of the Committee Danna Baltsarova and the delegation members along with his deputies. Parties discussed perspectives of cooperation in the forest sector, as well as ways of implementing joint projects in the future.
The delegation members met with the Chairman of the Environmental Protection Committee of the Parliament of Georgia, representatives of Tbilisi City Hall and the Agency of Protected Areas within the framework of the visit. They also visited the Tusheti Protected Areas where several projects are being implemented with their financial support.
