20 foresters of the Samtskhe-Javakheti Forest Service were vaccinated against COVID-19 at the Akhaltsikhe Evex Referral Hospital.
According to the Head of the National Forestry Agency, Archil Nikoleishvili, the process of vaccination of the employees of the National Forestry Agency is underway throughout the country.
"It is necessary to manage the pandemic and its rapid end for the sustainable development of the country. Vaccination helps us in this. Our foresters play an important role, especially in this period when the risk of forest fires is very high due to environmental conditions. Vaccination of the employees of the Agency is important for the protection of their health, as well as for the smooth running of the Agency, -” said Archil Nikoleishvili.
State Representative in Samtskhe-Javakheti Besik Amiranashvili attended the vaccination process. "Today the employees of the National Forestry Agency of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture were vaccinated against the COVID-19.
