Planting campaign within the “Green the Georgia” initiative
With the initiative of the Patriarchate Foundation “Green the Georgia” and the support of the National Forestry Agency, clergy and laity planted approximately 30 olive trees in the courtyard of the St. Spyridon Trimifunteli Cathedral.
The “Green the Georgia” Foundation was established in 2013 with the blessing of the Catholicos Patriarch. The National Forestry Agency has cooperated with the Foundation for years. Joint projects will be actively implemented in the future.
