Timber illegal logging and transportation in Imereti
Employees of the Imereti Forestry Service of the National Forestry Agency discovered illegal logging and timber transportation in the village Kinchkha surrounding area, Khoni municipality. Offenders illegally obtained five cubic meters of beech wood in the state forest.
The truck is sealed and taken to the Khoni business yard. An administrative offense protocol was drawn up against the poachers. The materials will be sent to the relevant authority for further action.
