Solar Autonomous Micro Power Station in the "Business Yard" of the village Bodorna
In the framework of the project - Promotion of Sustainable Forest Management for Rural Development (ADA-SFMRD), an autonomous solar micro-power plant was installed in the "Business Yard" in the village of Bodorna, which will facilitate the implementation of activities, reduce negative environmental impact and save financial resources.
The project is implemented by CENN with the financial support of the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC), which aims to contribute to the eradication of rural poverty and fulfillment of obligations undertaken by the Government of Georgia in the nationally defined contribution of the sustainable development goals, and under Georgia-EU Association Agreement on Sustainable Green Development.
An important component of the project is to support rural people in the development of sustainable use of forest resources, including the development of sustainable energy solutions.
